Axiom Housing Association's primary objective of 'building better communities' has been achieved with the construction of The Pavilions. 40 extra care apartments have been created, overlooking a new public park in Millfield inner city area of Peterborough.
Constructed by SDC Builders, to BRP Architects' design, the building forms part of a larger development, on the former Perkins recreation ground, to create a vibrant and sustainable community.
Mechanical services throughout, together with sanitary ware have been installed by Gowing & Hunt Limited and consist of heating, hot and cold water services and ventilation.
