The architects, Arctica Limited, have designed the conversion of the building based on materials used in traditional Norfolk barns, to take advantage of their durability and low maintenance qualities.
The building contains office and ancillary space for 100 people, consisting of a large open plan trading centre, boardroom, meeting rooms and an executive office suite.
Gowing & Hunt Limited were involved with the design and installation of an air handling unit, situated in the first floor plant area and serving the trading area, continuously monitored and adjusted by an automatic control panel. The perimeter of this area is equipped with heating and comfort cooling ceiling cassettes.
