We employ Health and Safety Consultants MSM Safety Management Services who annually update our Health and Safety Policy - the day to day enforcement of which is administered by our director responsible for Health and Safety, Mary Gowing and Safety Manager, Brian Bacon.
Brian carries out regular health and safety audits, tool box talks and inductions.
Directors and managers hold various relevant qualifications and have attended numerous related courses, including:
NEBOSH; SMSTS; SUSA, Managing M&E Safety; Managing Gas Safety.
All staff attend emergency first aid courses and undertake Asbestos Awareness Training.
The company is registered with CHAS via their membership of the HVCA.
The HVCA is a member of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP); this means that our membership of the HVCA "deem to statisfy`" with all other members of SSIP.
You may notice that on "Our Team" section of our website we do not make specific mention of Health and Safety. This is because we believe that everyone has a responsibility to be consciously aware of their own, and others, safety.
