This former Sodastream Factory has been redeveloped by R.G. Carter (Peterborough) Limited to provide high specification office space, together with four self contained trade units at the front of the existing warehouse building. Part of the existing ground floor and the first floor offices are occupied by Coca-Cola.
Together with their team of specialist sub-contractors, Gowing and Hunt Limited have installed air conditioning and heat recovery ventilation systems to the main office area.
Additions have been made to the gas service installation to provide metered supplies to the trade units, whilst maintaining a supply to Coca-Cola. Metered cold water supplies have also been installed to each of the units.
