Constructed by RG Carter (Thetford) Ltd, the new building for Costessey Medical Practice comprises a series of consulting, counselling, and nurses’ rooms, along with a new pharmacy which are all contained within the 1121 square metre medical centre. The centre also houses a minor injury and minor surgery theatre.
Gowing and Hunt’s works comprised the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the full mechanical and electrical services with associated plumbing and sanitary ware works.
The overall building and services within achieved an impressive BREEAM excellent rating.
