The building services, installed by Gowing & Hunt Limited, are strongly biased towards energy conservation.
Heating and cooling is provided by a combination of a Passivent system, utilising natural air movement, together with air conditioning equipment, monitored and adjusted continuously by an advanced automatic control system.
